Cancellation Policy

We operate a strict 24 hrs Cancellation policy

  • Any booking cancelled within less than 24 hrs of the appointed time will be charged at full treatment price.

  • No shows or cancellations within 1 hour of the appointed time will be charged at full treatment price.

  • Cancellations made when your therapist is at your door will be charged at full treatment price.

  • The Client bears full responsibility to be ready and prepared for treatment when the therapist arrives.
